We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Contractor who will support the overall success of the Talent Acquisition operations.You'll build relationships with leaders, hiring managers, hiring teams, and People Team partners to identify talent that meets requirements and supports MyFitnessPal’s strategic plans. This role will also participate in recruiting projects that drive quality-of-hire, time to fill and provide an extraordinary candidate and recruiting experience.

This is a 6 month contract position with the possibility of extension
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Utilize various channels such as social media, job boards, networking, and referrals to identify high-potential candidates
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Partner with leaders and hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and tailor recruiting strategies accordingly
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles by proactively networking and engaging with potential candidates
- Contribute to the company’s employer brand by ensuring a positive candidate experience and promoting the company's culture and values
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness and improve recruitment processes
Qualifications to be successful in this role:
- 2+ years of experience within talent acquisition or recruiting. Technical Recruiting experience highly preferred
- Experience managing an Applicant Tracking System - we use Greenhouse
- Experience with modern sourcing tools and techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Extreme attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Strong work ethic and sense of personal accountability
