1️⃣ Identify and hire top talent for Spanish and Italian Markets:
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand needs, define clear job requirements, and align expectations with market realities
- Source and attract top talent using multiple channels (job boards, direct outreach, university partnership...)
- Ensure a seamless recruitment process with structured interviews, clear evaluation criteria, and a great candidate experience from first touch to closing
- Provide regular, constructive feedback to both candidates and internal stakeholders
2️⃣ Build and scale recruitment operations:
- Contribute to the development of our local employer brand strategy
- Identify the right job boards and sourcing platforms for each market
- Build strong partnerships with universities to attract young graduates
- Design and implement structured hiring processes tailored to our needs
- Coach and train hiring managers to adopt best-in-class recruitment practices
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to continuously improve our performance
- Act as a true talent partner to the business and help foster a strong hiring culture
👀 We are looking for you if:
- Speak perfect Spanish and Italian, and are comfortable in English
- Have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-growing tech company or a sales recruitment agency
- Have a Sales mentality: you like to hunt, convince, to have targets and overachieve them!
- Are proactive and can work well on your own, taking full responsibility for your projects
- Are good at collaborating with hiring managers and work as a team
- Care about giving candidates a great experience
- Like to use data to improve things
