The Talent Acquisition Specialist for end-to-end recruitment across the APJ (Asia Pacific & Japan) region. The role includes sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across APJ markets.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, indeed, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
- Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and candidate closing.
- Maintain recruitment data in ATS and provide hiring updates.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Experience hiring across multiple APJ countries.
- Strong stakeholder management and sourcing skills.
