Confluent Medical Technologies is growing! We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner, to join our team! You may be just who we are looking for! 

SUMMARY: The Talent Acquisition Partner, Staff is responsible for sourcing all US exempt and non-exempt positions in collaboration with HR Business Partners and client managers. He/she will also manage a cost-effective recruiting process that appropriately utilized a variety of sourcing methods. Quality-of-Hire, Cost-Effectiveness, Time-to-Hire, and Retention Rate are core recruiting metrics. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 

  • Collaborates with HR business partners to determine staffing strategy based on client groups’ needs. 

  • Capable of modifying recruiting techniques to best meet the needs of the cultural expectations of both Confluent and department. 

  • Well-versed in the entire recruitment process from sourcing through pre-closing and finally the offer stage. 

  • Demonstrates an organized approach to creating a strategy for multiple position recruiting. 

  • Recruits exempt and non-exempt candidates from a variety of sources

  • Uses the company’s workforce plan to determine longer-term staffing strategies for key positions 

  • Ensures cost-effectiveness recruiting through the appropriate use of various sourcing approaches (e.g., employee referral programs, staffing agencies, direct sourcing, etc.) 

  • Provides training and direction on effective and legally compliant interviewing techniques 

  • Builds and harvests candidate databases 

  • Recruits non exempt and exempt candidates to staff positions globally. (Specifically Costa Rica and the United States)

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field 

  • 5 + years of experience in the Medical Device, Technology, IT, or related industry  

  • Experience with recruiting both engineering and manufacturing roles 

  • Global recruiting experience (Specifically Costa Rica/US)

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: 

  • Excellent communication skills 

  • Business acumen 

  • Demonstrated ability to manage cost-effective sourcing through multiple methods 

  • Experience with integrated applicant tracking systems  (Workday)

  • Ability to collaborate with HR professionals and business leaders from all levels in the organization 

  • Adaptability 

  • Demonstrated skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, etc.
