We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner with a strong technological background to join our global team and handle a diverse range of profiles.

What will your responsibilities include?

  • Full life-cycle recruiting: Managing the entire recruitment process from defining positions to onboarding.
  • Collaborating directly with hiring managers to grasp their team's hiring requirements and dynamics.
  • Sourcing talent through in-depth internet research, networking, competitive intelligence gathering, and referrals from employees and candidates.
  • Consistently building a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates using innovative sourcing methods.
  • Guiding candidates through the recruitment process and ensuring an exceptional talent experience.
  • Developing, overseeing, and enhancing recruitment processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring exceptional candidates in high-growth environments.
  • Experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Proficiency in developing, constructing, and utilizing various sourcing tools to build a candidate pipeline.
  • Ideal candidates possess high innovation and creativity skills in sourcing and recruitment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, evolving, and growing environment like Solaredge.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), experience with Comeet is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
