The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting for our Solution Delivery function and other functions as required, we want you to own it! To be successful in the role, you will have an extensive technical background gained in an SAP or similar environment and have a proven track record in sourcing the best talent for a variety of technical positions.  You will be considered an expert at interviewing using a range of techniques to understand candidates’ motivations and aspirations as well as their career history which you can match with an in-depth understanding of technical and specialized functions in the organization. Supporting a global business, you will also be recruiting non-technical (corporate) roles as well.

Responsibilities :

  • Work with hiring managers across the globe to clarify and understand requirements.
  • Source candidates using a variety of head-hunting methods including search engines and social media.
  • Coordinate and conduct phone interviews and organize in-person interviews with hiring managers.
  • Coach hiring managers on interview techniques and best practice ensuring they are all confident in interviewing and the legal framework surrounding interviewing.
  • Use the UltiPro Recruiting platform for record keeping on candidates and in line with the local and GDPR policies.
  • Initiate candidate drug screens, background, reference and related checks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

The compensation for this position is $60k to $70k annually. Base pay will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s location, job-related knowledge, skills, and work experience. In addition to the

Qualifications Education Required Associates or better. Preferred Bachelors or better. Experience Required Experience in recruiting technical candidates – SAP preferred. Knowledge of software/application development, project management, consulting, SAP modules, cloud technologies and other related technologies. Understanding of technical recruiting lifecycle and various sourcing methods (LinkedIn, Google X-ray, Github, Regional Specific Sources and Social Media). Strong focus on candidate and customer experiences. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must possess an assertive, outgoing and persuasive personality. Ability to maintain confidentiality, remain open to others’ ideas and exhibit willingness to try new things. Ability to manage priorities and workflow, use time efficiently and operate under pressure. Must be adaptable in priorities changing requirements, with experience in managing up. Acute attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook. Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational Preferred Bilingual is an advantage, English and Spanish.
