We are seeking a dynamic Talent Partner to lead our leadership hiring initiatives at the Superbet Group in Greece. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with executive leadership to identify, attract, and secure top-tier talent that aligns with our strategic objectives. Your expertise in executive hiring will be crucial in shaping our leadership team and driving the growth and success of the organisation.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has a proven track record in direct talent search, particularly in leadership roles across various domains, including commercial, and corporate.
  • Possesses exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with senior leaders and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape in talent acquisition.
  • Is strategic-minded, capable of aligning hiring strategies with business goals and organisational values.
  • Exhibits strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence decisions within the organisation.
  • Is passionate about building diverse leadership teams and fostering inclusive hiring practices.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, adeptly adapting to changing priorities and challenges.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with executive leadership to define leadership hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that meet organizational goals.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilise advanced sourcing techniques and extensive networks to identify and attract high-caliber executive talent.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to provide valuable insights on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to communicate progress and provide regular updates on recruitment initiatives and candidate pipelines.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in leadership hiring, ensuring a broad range of perspectives and experiences are considered in the selection process.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of leadership hiring efforts and continuously enhance recruitment processes.
