We are currently seeking an experienced in-house Talent Acquisition Partner to join our TA team at the FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotehnologies Denmark (FDBD) site in Hillerød.

We are building new production facilities and will over the next years grow with 500 new employees in Denmark. At the same time, we are becoming more global in the way we organize and work across sites. Currently we are +1700 employees and more than 60 nationalities at the Hillerød site. The role

Being a TA Partner at FDBD means handling a wide and exciting range of tasks within recruitment and employer branding, with close cooperation and partnership with other colleagues, hiring managers, site management leaders and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following tasks:

  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process from intake meeting to offer stage.
  • Support and alignment on workforce planning and needs in your business lines.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment plans.
  • Create and post job advertisements that accurately reflect the role and company culture.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and interviewing.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including online platforms and direct outreach.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct recruitments in cooperation with external recruitment agencies.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and activities to attract top talent
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and support diversity and inclusion efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive market practices.

The team

Our Talent Acquisition team consists of enthusiastic TA Partners and student assistants who handle all recruitments for the Danish site. We are passionate about talent attraction and acquisition and value our team's positive energy, collaboration, and mutual support. Our culture is grounded in care, friendliness, and a shared dedication to success.

We belong to the FDBD People and Culture team, where we strive for excellent cooperation and implement best practices. This position will report to the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition

Who are you?

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably inhouse recruitment within Pharma or Manufacturing. You manage end-to-end recruitments and are familiar with using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and advanced search methodologies. Proficiency in sourcing candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and other professional networks, and experience working with recruitment agencies, is essential.

Experience or interest in employer branding as well knowledge and flair for new technologies and alternative ways of attracting talent would be considered a strong plus. Proficiency in both English and Danish is necessary for this role.

As a person you have great interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to understand and address the needs and concerns of candidates and hiring managers. You have a problem-solving and proactive mindset, and know how to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to handle multiple vacancies and candidates. You enjoy working in a fast and dynamic environment, and cultural awareness and confidentiality are important in your daily work.
