We're seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner who will play a crucial role in attracting and retaining top talent to help drive our business forward. As a key partner to our business leaders, you’ll be responsible for aligning recruitment efforts with organizational goals, ensuring we not only bring in the best talent but also foster a seamless and engaging candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Strategic Recruitment Partner: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and create tailored recruitment strategies that support the company’s long-term goals. 

  • Talent Sourcing: Use innovative sourcing techniques to build diverse pipelines for key and hard-to-fill roles, leveraging digital platforms, referrals, and networking. 

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process from role creation to offer acceptance, ensuring a high-touch experience for both candidates and stakeholders. 

  • Candidate Experience: Provide proactive, excellent support to candidates, ensuring a smooth and engaging hiring journey. 

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) to continuously improve processes and strategies. 

  • Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diverse hiring practices and help create inclusive recruitment strategies to ensure a broad range of perspectives are considered. 

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to identify skills gaps and develop recruitment solutions that meet both immediate and future talent needs. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Experience & Education: 5+ years in talent acquisition, with proven success in full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. 

  • Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects, build collaborative relationships, and deliver strategic recruitment solutions aligned with business goals. 

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with ATS, HRIS, and sourcing platforms; adept in using Microsoft Office Suite. 

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization. 

  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of using data-driven insights to solve complex recruitment challenges and optimize hiring processes.

Full timeHiring Range: $83,900.00 - $131,890.00Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
