As a Senior Technical Talent Advisor, you will serve as both a hands-on recruiter and trusted talent advisor, leading hiring efforts across a broad portfolio of positions while specializing in technical and technology-focused talent. You will collaborate closely alongside business leaders to define hiring needs, develop practical recruiting strategies, and deliver outstanding hiring outcomes.
This role supports hiring in all areas of Aristocrat based on business priorities. The main focus is on hiring talent in Engineering, Data & AI, Information Security, Infrastructure & Cloud, and Architecture.
Typically, you will handle a portfolio of 15-25 requisitions. You will apply talent intelligence, market insights, sourcing expertise, and recruiting technology to shape hiring decisions and develop long-term talent pipelines.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end hiring process across a diverse portfolio of positions throughout Aristocrat, using Aristocrat's Talent Intelligence Layer, market insights, competitive intelligence, and proactive sourcing strategies to build high-quality talent pipelines, refine hiring approaches, address market constraints, and enable informed, data-driven hiring decisions.
- While supporting hiring across all functions and business units, serve as a subject matter expert and primary recruiter for technology-focused talent, including Engineering, Data Analytics & AI, Information Security, Infrastructure & Cloud, and Architecture.
- Partner with business leaders to clarify role outcomes, target profiles, assessment plans, hiring priorities, and market realities before a search begins.
- Use Workday, Microsoft Copilot, Metaview, Paradox, Textio, Draup, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting technologies to create scalable and repeatable recruiting workflows.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through open communication, thoughtful engagement, and efficient process management.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including substantial experience recruiting technical and technology talent within global, complex, or high-growth organizations.
- Shown success recruiting within one or more of the following areas: Engineering, Data Analytics & AI, Information Security, Infrastructure & Cloud, and Architecture.
- Solid understanding of modern technology environments, software development methodologies, technical organizational structures, and emerging market trends.
- A consultative recruiting approach with the ability to influence leaders, challenge assumptions, and translate strategic objectives into effective hiring strategies.
- Complex sourcing and research capabilities, including Boolean search, talent mapping, competitive intelligence, passive candidate engagement, and proactive outreach.
- Ability to analyze market data, pipeline metrics, and talent intelligence to develop practical recommendations and solutions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- A highly organized, proactive, inclusive, and compliant approach to recruiting.
- Experience using recruiting technologies, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, consistency, and candidate experience.
