As Teneo continues to grow its operations in across Asia Pacific and the Middle East, we are looking for a high calibre candidate to join our Global People Team as a Talent Acquisition Partner based in the firm's Hong Kong SAR office.

As Talent Acquisition Partner, Asia Pacific & Middle East, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering Teneo's talent strategy across some of our fastest growing and most dynamic markets.

Partnering closely with senior business leaders, People Partners, and the wider Global Talent Acquisition team, you will lead end-to-end recruitment activities across Asia Pacific and the Middle East, helping to attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent across multiple business segments.

This role requires a commercially minded talent acquisition professional who can operate strategically while also delivering hands-on recruitment excellence. You will bring a strong understanding of diverse talent markets, experience navigating complex multi-jurisdictional hiring environments, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insights and market intelligence.

You will be responsible for identifying and engaging high-calibre talent, enhancing the candidate experience, driving process improvements, and ensuring a consistent, inclusive, and best-in-class approach to hiring across the region.

Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across Asia Pacific and the Middle East, supporting hiring requirements across multiple business units and functions.
  • Develop trusted relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers, providing strategic talent advice, market intelligence, and workforce planning support.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand organisational priorities and translate these into effective recruitment and talent attraction strategies.
  • Manage multiple concurrent searches across different jurisdictions, balancing business priorities while ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions, creating long-term talent pools to support future growth.
  • Navigate varying employment markets, hiring practices, and regulatory considerations across APAC and the Middle East, partnering closely with local People teams where required.
  • Use data, hiring insights, and external market information to influence recruitment decisions and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Drive inclusive recruitment practices and support broader diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition team to identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance recruitment outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment activity and reporting through Greenhouse and other relevant systems.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Teneo, ensuring a professional, engaging, and high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
Qualifications 
  • 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, ideally gained within a professional services, consulting, communications, financial advisory, executive search, or similarly fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting across multiple jurisdictions within Asia Pacific and/or the Middle East, including navigating differing employment markets, hiring practices, candidate expectations, and regulatory environments.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions through insight, expertise, and data.
  • Strong understanding of regional talent markets, including sourcing strategies for specialist and senior-level hires.
  • Experience recruiting across diverse functions, levels, and geographies simultaneously.
  • Strong capability in talent mapping, direct sourcing, and proactive pipeline development.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse and/or Workday.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior executives across different cultures and markets.
  • Commercially minded, solutions-oriented, and highly collaborative.
  • Experience working within a matrixed global organisation would be advantageous.
