Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring needs across Customer Service, Technical Support, Sales, Back Office, and other BPO operational functions.
This role works closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates while meeting hiring targets, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.
The Talent Acquisition Partner manages the entire recruitment process, including workforce planning discussions, sourcing, candidate assessment, offer management, onboarding coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management. Success in this role requires experience in volume hiring, talent pipelining, recruitment marketing, market intelligence, and using recruitment data to drive decisions.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition intake to candidate onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, workforce plans, skill needs, and business priorities.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for volume and critical hiring needs.
Conduct candidate screening, behavioral interviews, and initial assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit.
Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and facilitate the interview and selection process.
Coordinate job offers, salary negotiations, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding activities.
Volume Hiring Management
Lead hiring delivery for large-scale recruitment campaigns across contact center and shared services operations.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support forecasted and ramp-up hiring requirements.
Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting turnaround times and quality standards.
Monitor recruitment funnel performance and address gaps in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer conversion.
Support hiring initiatives during seasonal peaks, business expansions, and periods of rapid growth.
Stakeholder Management
Act as a trusted recruitment advisor to hiring managers and business leaders.
Provide regular updates on hiring progress, market trends, talent availability, and recruitment challenges.
Conduct calibration sessions with stakeholders to align on candidate profiles and hiring expectations.
Deliver a positive and professional experience for candidates, hiring managers, and business partners throughout the recruitment process.
Data, Reporting, and Process Improvement
Track and report key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, interview-to-offer ratios, offer acceptance rates, and hiring outcomes.
Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Recommend and implement process improvements that increase recruiter productivity, improve the candidate experience, and enhance hiring efficiency.
Compliance and Governance
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, labor laws, and employment regulations.
Maintain recruitment records in compliance with data privacy, audit, and documentation requirements.
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives throughout the hiring process.
Follow established recruitment controls, service standards, and governance guidelines.
Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3–5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
At least 2 years of volume hiring experience in a BPO, contact center, shared services, RPO, agency, or other high-volume recruitment environment.
Proven ability to consistently achieve hiring targets in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Experience recruiting for Customer Service, Technical Support, Sales, Support BPO roles, Back Office, or similar operational roles.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday experience is an advantage.
Familiarity with recruitment CRM platforms and sourcing tools.
Amenable to work on Hybrid setup
