As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you take ownership of and provide time delivery of efficient, high quality recruitment for all opened requisitions for business lines. You build and maintain partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers, Country People Managers and key stakeholders to deliver workforce and talent acquisition plans.
As part of our team, you will:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, with full ownership: from strategic alignment meetings with hiring managers, sourcing actively for candidates, job advertising, screening CVs, interviewing to managing offers
- Gain valuable experience in searching & attracting candidates for a whole range of roles: from Engineering to Project Management, Finance, Procurement, Sales, People, Supply Chain etc., together with the opportunity to make an impact on key ramp-ups for the business
- Be empowered to build partnerships with Nokia’s hiring managers and provide them with value-add hiring activities that meet Nokia’s business goals
- Enjoy and wish to grow in areas such as delivering expertise on the labor market, exploring innovative ways of finding and attracting candidates, constantly learning about the ever-changing world of technical skills, coaching hiring managers on interviewing and delivering prompt feedback to provide a great candidate experience
- Provide value and collaborative ideas, feedback and improvements
- To conduct in-placement services to outgoing employees
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- 5-6+ years recruitment or professional background experience in technical and business etc.
- Proven ability to build positive relationships with multiple stakeholders and candidates in a demanding environment
- Outstanding project and program management skills; productive and efficient in planning and executing work with multiple projects/priorities
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written; proven experience of establishing, maintaining and developing working relationships at all levels
- Command strong verbal and written fluency in English. Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
