Internship duration: At least 2 months
- Lead and handle an end-to-end process of internships recruitment program from collaborating with universities/job fairs, interviewing, partnering with hiring managers, to extending offers. You will gain full-loop recruitment experience.
- Engage in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for full-time positions if it is required
- Participate and lead in other side projects as per assigned such as recruitment marketing, onboarding process improvement, referral program, interviewing guidelines for hiring managers, company activities, university partnerships, etc.
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks
- Currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any areas
- Highly interest in talent acquisition/recruitment with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks at hands in a fast-paced environment with learning agility
- Passion in technology area (AI, data analytics, machine learning, data science) would be a big plus
- Strong English communication skills; you will closely work with diverse background of hiring managers
