We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our end-to-end recruitment and hiring function. This role will translate workforce and business requirements into effective talent acquisition strategies, ensuring we attract, select, and hire the right talent to support the organization’s growth.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead sourcing initiatives, strengthen our employer brand, build sustainable talent pipelines, and develop strategic partnerships with universities, organizations, recruitment agencies, and search firms.
This is a key leadership role for an HR professional who is strategic, results-driven, and passionate about building great teams and candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Planning & Strategy: Partner with the HCM Head and Department Heads to forecast manpower needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
- Sourcing & Employer Branding: Lead multi-channel sourcing initiatives and strengthen the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality talent.
- Recruitment & Selection: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviews, selection, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding coordination.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs, including hard-to-fill and managerial positions.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition Officer and Specialist while ensuring recruitment targets and priorities are achieved.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key recruitment partner and escalation point for Department Heads, candidates, and other stakeholders.
- Vendor & Budget Management: Manage recruitment agencies, executive search firms, job platforms, and recruitment expenses within the approved budget.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure recruitment practices comply with Philippine labor laws, data privacy requirements, and company policies while maintaining accurate recruitment records and reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification such as SHRM or other recognized HR practitioner certification is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience leading a recruitment team.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment and hard-to-fill or managerial-level hiring is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and the Data Privacy Act.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment analytics/reporting.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment capabilities.
- Effective vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven and results-oriented approach to recruitment.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR/recruitment systems.
