At DKB Code Factory, we know that building the right team is essential to our success. As our new Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, from crafting job ads and screening candidates to interviewing candidates and making offers.

Working closely with hiring managers and your colleagues in the People and Culture team, you’ll help shape a sustainable recruitment approach while ensuring candidates have a positive experience throughout the process. { your_responsibilities: [

  • Define and drive recruiting for the DKB Code Factory and occasionally for key roles at DKB.
  • Run an effective recruiting strategy consisting of sourcing, evaluation and closing candidates with the ability to manage the candidates' and your team's expectations.
  • Recruit passive and active candidates for our tech, product, design, research or analytics teams.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and help our teams to make diverse hiring decisions. We care about culture add!
  • Support us in preparing and conducting our onboarding process for new hires.
  • Advise hiring managers and their teams, challenge them if you need to and make sure we offer a best-in-class candidate experience.

{ following_qualifications_would_be_in_line_with_our_desired_profile_for_this_position: [

  • You have at least two years of experience in Tech-Recruitment and HR topics.
  • You have a graduate-level university degree in HR, Psychology, Economics, Humanities or Social Studies. You don't? Cool. Tell us your story!
  • You are dedicated to overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish.
  • You are flexible in working with multiple HR and recruitment tools (Our stack: Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Bamboo HR and many more). 
  • You have excellent communication skills in German and English
  • You are able to juggle multiple calendars and tasks at the same time.
  • You have a creative approach when it comes to sourcing and don't mind to dive into platforms like Github or Stack Overflow. 
  • You are a critical-thinker and have a strong problem-solving attitude. 
  • You're passionate about your work, but also know how to enjoy your free time!
