Talent Acquisition Lead
This role reports into the Regional Talent Acquisition Leader and is based at our Neuss, Germany office (hybrid 2-3 days per week).
What you will do
As Talent Acquisition Lead you are responsible for overall delivery of our recruiting strategy for a defined region. You will be a key business partner to our leadership team, ensuring thorough, structured processes for a range of roles. As part of this position, you will also manage one Talent Acquisition Partner.
This role will work closely with the critical stakeholders in the region to ensure continued delivery of recruitment solutions at a high level for our range of functions (such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, R&D). You will be part of a supportive People function driving continued excellence across our functions.
The Talent Acquisition Lead position has been created by positive organisational changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deliver overall Talent Acquisition strategy for the region
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for critical hires, while leading, developing, and coaching a Talent Acquisition Partner to ensure consistent delivery and a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Develop a high-performing recruitment function in your region, utilizing your experience to recommend continuous improvement to the region
- Work with key stakeholders to build pipelines for critical roles
- Manage and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all recruitment data, applicant tracking, and hiring documentation in compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders across a range of functions, including (but not limited to) HR, Commercial, Marketing, and business leaders to implement targeted sourcing strategies to ensure diversity and strength of candidate pools.
- Engage with the local business to continue to develop TA’s relationship with the organization
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex staffing and recruitment issues, providing effective resolution and guidance while ensuring compliance with evolving legal landscapes.

- Significant progressive experience within high visibility Talent Acquisition positions, accountable to critical stakeholders
- Proven ability to ‘simplify the complexity’ of recruitment processes, utilizing your expertise to support hiring managers through challenging candidate briefs
- A high level of interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strategic partnerships internally
- Strong knowledge of current recruitment trends, compensation structures, and employee benefits
- People leadership experience with demonstrable ability to grow individuals directly or indirectly
- Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate recruitment activities and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Prior experience of working within a large organization with complex stakeholder matrixes

- Experience of working within Consumer Health/FMCG/Health businesses
- Proficiency in leveraging innovative recruitment technologies, including AI-driven sourcing tools and data analytics platforms, to enhance decision-making
