QualificationsKey Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and following up with candidates.
- Draft and post job descriptions on various hiring platforms and social media.
- Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the interview process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-6 months of experience or internship in recruitment/HR.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS) is a plus.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
- Only candidates who have completed their graduation and can commit to a full-day work schedule will be eligible.
