Travel should feel exciting. Instead, too much of it is still defined by paperwork, uncertainty, and processes that were never designed for travellers.

Atlys is changing that.

We’re building an AI-first platform that removes friction and uncertainty from travel. To date, we’ve processed visas for 1M+ travellers across 127 countries. But we’re still early.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll work closely with the People team and get hands-on exposure to how hiring works at a fast-growing startup.

You’ll work across tech and non-tech roles in India and international markets, and contribute across the hiring journey, from finding great candidates to helping close them.

This is a high-ownership internship for someone who wants to learn quickly, work closely with recruiters and hiring managers, and understand what it takes to build exceptional teams.

• Build strong talent pipelines by sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job platforms, referrals and creative channels.

• Own candidate coordination across screening, interviews, follow-ups and hiring team communication.

• Deliver a great candidate experience by keeping communication clear, timely and thoughtful throughout the process.

• Keep hiring operations sharp by maintaining accurate ATS data, recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

• Contribute beyond day-to-day hiring through employer branding, campus hiring, hiring analytics and process improvement projects.

You’ll likely thrive in this role if you:

• Is curious about recruitment and excited to learn how high-performing teams are built.

• Has strong communication, organisation and follow-through.

• Takes ownership, pays attention to detail and does not need to be chased to get things done.

• Can manage multiple priorities and stay organised in a fast-moving environment.

• Prior exposure to recruitment, campus placements, sourcing or people-related projects is a plus, but not required.
