ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our HR and recruitment team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates across various roles.
What you will do:
- Assist in posting job openings on job boards, social media, and company platforms.
- Support candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases.
- Help screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Maintain candidate tracking in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support recruitment-related projects and HR initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and provide administrative support for recruitment events.
What you will bring:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from university.
- Open to various majors, from Human Resource Management to Business Administration or other related fields.
- Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Good English proficiency; C1 level is preferred.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and other job portals.
