Job Summary
 

As the Taiwan Talent Acquisition Country Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy and driving effective recruitment solutions across the region. You will be dedicated to identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent to support our business objectives. Your expertise will ensure we continue to build a diverse and inclusive workforce that embodies our core values.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with DuPont’s business goals in Taiwan.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance the candidate experience, ensuring a seamless and engaging process.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to build talent pipelines and improve recruitment metrics.
  • Foster relationships with local and international universities, industry organizations, and recruitment firms to cultivate a strong network.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Stay informed about regional labor market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Education & Experience
 

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and above
  • Significant experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
  • Semiconductor and Electronics industry background and knowledge is required
  • Strong understanding of the Taiwanese labor market and employment regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
  • Experience implementing technology solutions to enhance recruitment processes.
  • A passion for fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

Highly Preferred:

  • Experienced in attracting Taiwanese Ph.D. candidates from abroad
  • Familiar with ATS: Workday and CRM  
  • Team Collaboration: Experience working in multidisciplinary teams to drive project success across multiple regions.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and produce detailed technical reports for senior management.
