As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Duolingo, you will be a pivotal contributor to our hiring journey, helping every candidate feel valued, engaged, and inspired to join our vibrant community. From managing interview logistics to coordinating events that highlight our dynamic culture, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless, memorable experience at every stage of the hiring process.   You will...

• Shape the candidate journey by managing interview logistics, coordinating travel, hosting candidates onsite, and providing an impeccable experience to all the candidates that you interact with.
• Be the candidate’s advocate and primary contact, welcoming them warmly, setting them up for success, and representing Duolingo’s unique and inclusive culture.
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to streamline hiring processes, identify and resolve inefficiencies, and continuously elevate the candidate experience.
• Lead the logistics for recruiting events, from planning and execution

  You have...

• A genuine ability to build positive relationships across diverse groups and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
• A detail-oriented, proactive approach to logistics, operations, and organization, combined with flexibility and a can-do attitude.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a knack for balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative team spirit and a willingness to dive into any task, big or small, to support the team.
• An understanding of recruiting principles and processes
• Tech-savviness, particularly in G-Suite, applicant tracking systems, video conferencing tools, and calendar management.

 Requirements...

• Ability to work or relocate to Pittsburgh, PA.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience: 1+ years of high-volume recruitment coordination, especially in fast-growth environments.
• Experience coordinating interviews for executives and senior-level candidates 
• Proficiency with Slack, Greenhouse, Textio, Gem, and other recruitment tools.
• Willingness to occasionally work outside standard office hours to support recruiting events.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 20 lbs for recruiting events.
• An impressive Duolingo streak and a passion for learning!
