DXC Technology Japan is seeking a Recruiting Team Coordinator to support recruitment activities across Japan.
Work Schedule- Follows the Japanese business calendar and holidays.
- Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM JST.
- Occasional overtime may be required for urgent evening on-site interview support.
The Recruiting Team Coordinator is responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for both experienced hire and new graduate hiring programs. The primary focus is coordinating interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders (such as hiring managers) to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. This role requires a high level of accuracy, responsiveness, and commitment to delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesInterview Coordination- Schedule interviews between candidates in Japan and interviewers employed by DXC Technology Japan.
- Coordinate interview times while considering the availability of multiple stakeholders.
- Handle interview rescheduling and cancellations.
- Reserve and manage meeting rooms for in-person interviews.
- Arrange online interview requirements, including Microsoft Teams meeting links.
- Generate building access QR codes for onsite interviews and provide instructions to candidates.
- Support interview-day operations, including communication with candidates and interview participants.
- Handle urgent communications with candidates and interviewers immediately before interviews.
- Collaborate and communicate with the recruitment team and related departments.
- Manage recruitment-related administrative tasks and data maintenance.
- Support email correspondence through web-based recruitment platforms for campus/new graduate hiring activities.
- Native-level Japanese or business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1 equivalent) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative support roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic PC proficiency, including:
- Calendar management
- Online meeting tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams)
