About the Role
Candescent is seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top technology talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
Assess candidates for technical capabilities, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
Coordinate interview panels and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate data in ATS systems, preferably Workday.
Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
4–8 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within a product, SaaS, fintech, or technology organization.
Strong understanding of software engineering and other technology roles.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing, job portals, and ATS platforms.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized, self-driven, professional, and detail-oriented.
Preferred
Experience recruiting for Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Product roles.
Exposure to global hiring and talent acquisition best practices.
