We are scaling robustly and are looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our People Team! This is a unique opportunity to help shape and scale our People Team's engine from the ground up.

In this role, you will go beyond filling roles; you will shape our hiring culture, act as both a brand ambassador and a strategic partner to the business, and drive excellence across the full recruitment lifecycle. You will work closely with the Head of People to design and document scalable hiring processes, standardize workflows, and build a structured, data-driven recruitment function that elevates the candidate experience and supports our growth across Thailand and Southeast Asia.

  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple technical and business roles simultaneously, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to define ideal candidate profiles, set clear success criteria, and maintain high hiring standards for our rapidly growing team
  • Design and document structured hiring processes, including screening frameworks, structured interviews, scorecards, feedback loops, and clear evaluation standards
  • Cultivate a robust and diverse talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, talent mapping, passive engagement, referrals, networking, industry events, and other creative approaches
  • Navigate the talent landscape across Thailand and Southeast Asia by identifying and leveraging the most effective local hiring channels
  • Strengthen and refine employer branding and talent marketing initiatives to attract top-tier talent and amplify our presence across the region
  • Act as a Cube Ambassador for candidate experience, delivering an inclusive, high-touch journey that turns every applicant into brand advocates
  • Define, track, and report on recruitment KPIs to improve efficiency, quality of hire, and overall hiring outcomes
  • Continuously improve recruitment tools, processes, and tracking systems to enhance scalability and operational excellence

Requirements
    • Must be currently based in Thailand with a deep understanding of the Thai and SEA talent landscapes
    • Full professional fluency in both Thai and English (written and verbal)
    • 2 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience for high-growth tech roles (in-house tech experience is strongly preferred)
    • Proven experience managing end-to-end hiring processes independently
    • Comfortable engaging with technical talent, with a solid understanding of hiring nuances in startup or fast-paced environments
    • Hands-on experience with Workable or a similar ATS, with a genuine interest in leveraging data and trends to improve recruitment efficiency
    • Strong organizational skills and stakeholder management capabilities
    • Ability to build structure, prioritize effectively, and drive clarity where processes are still evolving

Skills Required

  • Full professional fluency in both Thai and English
  • 2 to 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience for tech roles
  • Experience with Workable or similar ATS
