Position:Talend Senior Software Engineer
Experience: 3-4 Years
Location: Noida
Shift : 11:30AM to 08:30 PM
We are looking for an experienced ETL Developer with strong expertise in Talend to design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Talend Studio (v7 & v8), Talend Cloud, APIs, and Java libraries within Talend. Exposure to Boomi is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Talend ETL jobs for data integration and transformation.
- Work with Talend Studio 7 & 8 to build scalable and high-performance ETL solutions.
- Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs using Talend.
- Implement and manage integrations using Talend Cloud components.
- Utilize Java libraries and custom code within Talend jobs for complex transformations.
- Monitor, deploy, and manage jobs using Talend Management Console (TMC).
- Work on Talend Data Integration (DI) projects including batch and real-time processing.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Ensure data quality, performance optimization, and error handling.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot ETL-related issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Talend ETL tools.
- Proficiency in Talend Studio v7 & v8.
- Experience with Talend Cloud and TMC.
- Good understanding of Talend DI concepts and best practices.
- Experience working with APIs (REST/SOAP) in Talend.
- Solid knowledge of Java and using Java libraries in Talend.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
- Understanding of data warehousing and ETL design principles.
Good to Have
- Working knowledge or exposure to Boomi integration platform.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for ETL deployments.
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or relevant Talend certifications will be an added advantage.
