The Tacton CPQ Engineer is responsible for supporting master data analysis, Tacton CPQ testing as well as end user training while getting opportunity to develop into a technical Tacton CPQ Expert or Process Owner over time. This position reports to the Sr. Manager Sales Configurator and is part of the QARA PLM Configurator team located in Uppsala and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

• Creation of training material, end user support FAQ’s, ownership and continuous update of the Tacton CPQ SharePoint information site.
• Support the execution of Tacton CPQ testing framework, processes, scripts and test automation tools.
• Support New Product Implementation (NPI) projects with master data review, acting as the bridge to the Configurator Architects in collaboration with R&D, Product Management, Global Supply Chain and Service.
• Support the Tacton CPQ demand management & prioritization process.
• Over time you will assume ownership of one of a process or technical domain within Tacton CPQ. As the domain owner you are accountable for solution design & maintenance of processes and/or technical content within the domain.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Bioinformatics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with ERP and/or PLM software in an Engineering, Logistics or Manufacturing oriented environment.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional, multi-cultural teams and to deliver results in an ambiguous and dynamic environment.
• Track record of delivering continuous improvements of processes in a transactional environment.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%

It would be a plus if you also have:

• Functional understanding of Oracle EBS Warehouse, Inventory, Planning or Manufacturing modules.
