Role: Tableau Developer
We are seeking a Tableau Developer to support strategic decision-making across the organization. You will build impactful dashboards and collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and engineers to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy interactive Tableau dashboards
- Translate business needs into technical BI solutions
- Optimize and maintain existing dashboards
- Implement Tableau Cloud
- Conduct data analysis using SQL
- Automate and schedule reports
- Maintain clear documentation for dashboards and data sources
Preferred Background
- Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or financial services
- Familiarity with Python or R is a plus
- Understanding of data security (HIPAA, SOC 2)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Three or more years of Tableau development experience
- Proficient in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server
- Strong SQL skills; experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Solid grasp of data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing concepts
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
