About the Role
For business development, we are now looking for Account Manager in Hanoi with roles as below:

Client Relationship Management:
-
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships.

Understand client business objectives, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
-
Proactively anticipate client needs and provide strategic counsel.
-
Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction.
-
Conduct regular client meetings and provide clear and concise updates on campaign progress.
-

PR content & media relation:
-
Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies and plans that align with client goals.
-
Conduct research and analysis to identify key media opportunities and target audiences.
-
Craft compelling press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials.
-
Manage media relations, including building and maintaining relationships with journalists and influencers.
-
Coordinate and execute media events, press conferences, and other promotional activities.
-
Monitor media coverage and analyze results to measure campaign effectiveness.
-
Manage social media strategy and content creation (depending on client needs).
-
Develop and manage budgets for assigned accounts.

Team Collaboration & Leadership:
-
Collaborate with internal teams, including account executives, content creators, and social media specialists, to ensure seamless execution of PR plans.

Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and feedback.
-
Contribute to the development of new business proposals and presentations.
-
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Reporting & Analysis:
-
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, including media coverage, social media engagement, and website traffic.
-
Analyze data and provide insights to optimize campaign strategies.
-
Track and manage budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

What You’ll Do
This person should be qualified:
- At leases 1 - 2 years of experience in Account Manager, strong background in PR is a must, additional experience in IMC communications.
- Experience in E-commerce is preferrable.
- Strong project management and campaign execution.
- Understanding and deep knowledge of the agency environment.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Team player who can work well with tight deadlines.
