Responsibilities
- Summarize job requirements and workforce qualifications based on company strategic goals and department needs, and implement corresponding recruitment plans.
- Maintain and manage recruitment channels; draft, publish and promote recruitment information.
- Handle a full range of recruitment tasks, including resume screening, interview invitations, first round interviews, onboarding screening and building talent pools.
- Analyze and summarize recruitment activity data, improve recruitment analysis reports, and solve recruitment problems faced by business departments.
- Make suggestions to optimize the recruitment process and efficiently meet the recruitment needs of the recruitment department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources, psychology, finance, and economics is preferred.
- Those who have studied abroad and are fluent in spoken English are preferred.
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience, familiar with the recruitment process, and those with work experience in multinational or foreign companies are preferred.
- Proficient in office software, master written expression and communication skills; familiar with interview skills and commonly used HR assessment tools.
- Good at solving problems with recruitment data, interested in recruitment analytics, and most importantly, self-motivated.
- Practical, proactive, strong communication and summarizing skills, strong sense of responsibility.
Skills Required
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in human resources, psychology, finance, or economics
- Fluency in spoken English
