Objetivo primário:
- Realizar serviços abrangentes à área de manutenção mecânica, tais como manutenção preventiva, preditiva e corretiva dos equipamentos da unidade, visando manter as instalações e os equipamentos funcionais, eficientes e em conformidade com os procedimentos estabelecidos.
Atividades:
- Realizar as manutenções preventivas, programadas conforme planilha de programação anual e manutenção corretiva e conforme necessidades da produção, visando garantir o bom funcionamento dos equipamentos;
- Participar na análise e soluções de problemas bem como melhoria dos processos produtivos, instalações e utilidades através do conhecimento técnico profissional.
- Acompanhar serviços de manutenção realizados por prestadores de serviços na unidade.
- Comunicar a engenharia de processo e qualidade qualquer necessidade ou modificação feita nos equipamentos para manter a garantia do processo.
- Quando solicitado, participar da definição de causas reais e potenciais de não conformidades, através de análises em conjunto com outros Departamentos, independente da fonte de detecção, ou seja, auditorias internas, de Clientes ou de terceira parte.
- Participar da definição sobre estas ações, mesmo não sendo uma não conformidade diretamente ligada ao Departamento do Colaborador.
- Definir e acompanhar a implementação das ações preventivas/corretivas e participar da verificação da eficácia ao longo do processo, promovendo sempre que necessário as ações de ajustes.
- Aperfeiçoar o plano de manutenção preventivo junto com a equipe de manutenção para manter um sistema dinâmico e atualizado as necessidades.
- Preencher corretamente toda documentação pertinente ao exercício da função, como ordens de serviço e lançamentos no sistema.
- Cumprir procedimentos, instruções de trabalho, normas do Sistema da Qualidade, Sistema de Gestão Ambiental e Segurança.
Requisitos:
- Ensino Técnico completo em Manutenção Mecânica ou áreas correlatas;
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos (1º, 2º ou 3º);
- Experiência na manutenção de robôs de solda e células de usinagem será um diferencial.
