Texas Instruments está buscando un Técnico de Mantenimiento de Equipo calificado para unirse a nuestro equipo. En este rol, realizará mantenimiento preventivo, reparaciones de equipos, mejoras de equipos, actualizaciones de equipos e instalación de equipos. Interactúa y se comunica con los grupos de ingeniería y fabricación para garantizar que todos los problemas se resuelven de manera adecuada y eficiente.
Responsabilidades:
- Mejorar el rendimiento del sistema para lograr los requisitos del proceso y eliminar caídas repetitivas
- Supervisar y analice todos los datos relacionados para mejorar y mantener el rendimiento de la herramienta y abordar todos los problemas relacionados con la herramienta
- Coordinar el servicio del proveedor y las reparaciones donde sea necesario
- Preparar el informe técnico y el resumen de las conclusiones y recomendar soluciones a problemas técnicos
Requisitos mínimos:
- Carrera técnica o TSU en Electrónica, Mecatrónica o similar
Cualidades preferibles:
- Amplio conocimiento en procesos de SMT tales como Screen Printing, Pick and Place, hornos de reflujo, etc.
- Con amplia experiencia en mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de máquinas SMT (Preferentemente FUJI Pick and Place).
- Disponibilidad para aprender.
- Habilidades sólidas para resolver problemas en máquinas de SMT y proponer soluciones de mejora.
- Buena comunicación y capacidad para interactuar con el equipo : Técnicos, Operadores, Supervisores, Ingenieros.
- Entendimiento y conocimiento de normas de calidad y especificaciones de la industria de SMT.
- Flexibilidad de rolar turnos y operaciones.
