The Boeing Global Services (BGS) team is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mid-Level Logistics Integrator to join the Training Aircraft and Autonomous Systems (TAAS) organization located in Berkeley, MO.
This position supports the T-7 Program and functionally aligns to Boeing Global Services Engineering organization as part of the T-7/T-45/AV-8B Product Support SEIT & ILS Team. The T-7 Red Hawk is a new trainer aircraft for the Air Force with the potential to expand to additional domestic and foreign sales. It’s an exciting time to join the T-7 team as we grow and help shape the product support organization for this platform!
This position will collaborate with SEIT/ILS and program teams to provide logistics and technical guidance to product support teams to ensure Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) requirements are met. This is an opportunity for a motivated individual to excel, grow, influence and shape the direction of the support program. The ideal candidate should have background or knowledge in ILS and/or in multiple ILS elements with an emphasis in United States Air Force programs.
Position Responsibilities:
- Supports the T-7 Program with logistics integration externally with the U.S. Air Force customer and internally within the BGS and BDS organizations
- Supports integration efforts associated with Engineering, Supply Chain, Support Equipment, Retrofit, Provisioning, LSA, and Technical Publications
- Will assist with the stand-up of the T-7 logistics support system for operation and maintenance
- Develop and implement processes for documenting and maintaining technical data and procedures
- Conduct presentations and status reviews to effectively communicate project progress and execution of support programs
- Support design reviews and provide recommendations to help influence the design for supportability
- Coordinate with the USAF customer on requirements and ensure these are documented and executed
- Supports customer and program meetings, major milestone events, and design integration of logistics elements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to work independently with supervision, and thrives in collaborative environments
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 6 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6+ years of experience with the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements (e.g., Technical Publications, Support Equipment, Maintenance Planning, LSA, Provisioning, Retrofit, or Supply Chain) and/or Project Management, and an understanding of their products
- 1+ years of experience with military aircraft logistics or maintenance
- Ability to travel up to 10% domestically
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant background in Aircraft Sustainment
- 1+ years of U.S. Air Force platform experience
- 1+ years of experience interfacing with a USG customer (USAF or USN), preferred on a development program
- 1+ years of experience with Program Management Best Practices including Base Line Management, Risk/Issue/Opportunity Management, Performance Metrics, Customer Communications, Requirements Management, Supplier Management, and/or Earned Value Management

Summary Pay Range: $87,550- $118,450
