The ideal candidate is interested in documentation engineering, developer tooling, automation, and AI-assisted operational workflows. This position will work closely with IT and technical writing to improve documentation operations, repository management, and contributor experience.

As a Systems Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Helping to maintain our web-based documentation systems that use Markdown, RESTAPIS, and associated workflows
  • Demonstrating expertise in Git, GitHub workflows, and GitHub Actions to support platform migrations, test workflows, and validate release processes.
  • Demonstrating experience with basic scripting using Python, JavaScript, Bash, or PowerShell
  • Demonstrating familiarity with "documentation-as-code" and CI/CD practices.
  • Prioritizing and managing various tasks in a dynamic setting while utilizing Jira for effective issue tracking.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues, analyze systems, and proactively find ways to automate and optimize workflows.

  • Have 2+ years of experience or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Technical Communication, or related field

  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
