We are looking for a Systems & Network Administrator Trainee to join our IT & Support team and gain hands-on experience across IT infrastructure, systems administration, networking, and client-facing application support.
You will support our internal IT environment while also contributing to the monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational support of digital platforms delivered to our clients.
Working alongside experienced IT, Support, and Development professionals, you will gain practical experience in incident management, application support, cloud technologies, troubleshooting, and service delivery in a real business environment.

- Support the installation, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of internal IT systems, networks, devices, and services.
- Monitor customer-facing applications and assist with troubleshooting and operational support.
- Receive, record, categorize, and track client incidents and service requests through the appropriate tools.
- Communicate with clients to understand reported issues, gather information, and provide updates when required.
- Investigate technical issues, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate incidents to the appropriate IT, Support, or Development team.
- Prioritize requests based on impact, urgency, and applicable SLAs.
- Assist with application deployments, updates, configuration changes, and routine maintenance.
- Support Active Directory, Microsoft 365, user accounts, access management, and IT assets.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and support records.
- Assist with validating completed fixes and communicating resolutions to clients.
- Contribute to monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement of IT and support processes.

- You are currently studying or have recently graduated in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer networks, operating systems, and IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and network troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of web applications and production environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- A genuine willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow professionally.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with virtualization or cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Basic knowledge of web hosting, DNS, SSL certificates, or Cloudflare.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or relational databases.
- Familiarity with PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Exposure to JIRA, Confluence, monitoring, logging, or incident management tools.
- Previous academic, internship, or personal projects related to IT infrastructure, networking, systems administration, or application support.
