Job Description
 

AV is looking for a highly talented Systems (Integration) Analyst III to join our team!  In this role you will support the MDA Chief Engineer (MDA/CE) in the effort of integrating, and coordinating, complex engineering efforts involving both internal and external systems.
 
Job Description:

  • Assist to facilitate integration between internal and external systems 

  • Contribute to an Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT)

  • Coordinate with technical POCs to facilitate cross-team communication

  • Develop tools and processes to capture relevant metrics

  • Evaluate working group technical outputs to determine progress or status

  • Evaluate how decisions might impact schedule, dependencies, and integrated testing

 
Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • 7+ years of relevant experience.

  • Active Secret Clearance.

  • MDA (or DoW) Experience

  • Experience supporting IPTs and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs)

  • Excellent organization and communication skills

  • Experience with systems integration

 
Desired:

  • Adept with some Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools (Cameo, DOORs, etc.)

  • Experience briefing and interacting with senior leaders

  • Experience developing digital tools or dashboards
