Job Description

Salary Range: The expected pay range for this position is up to $68,000 yearly. The pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Overview:
Citizen is seeking an experienced Systems Integration Analyst to support the enhancement, maintenance, and integration of the G081 Maintenance Management System for mission-critical Air Force logistics operations. This position requires a seasoned professional with in-depth knowledge of G081 and its associated interfaces to drive system efficiency, process improvements, and user support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze G081 system functionalities and identify opportunities to improve performance and streamline processes.
• Develop and implement system enhancements aligned with Air Force logistics and operational objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to resolve user issues effectively.
• Monitor system health, address performance issues, and coordinate with developers for fixes and updates.
• Ensure seamless integration with related systems like GDSS, ETIMS, EMOC, and LEAP.
• Lead system upgrade initiatives, ensuring minimal impact on ongoing operations.
• Support integration projects to enhance the interoperability of G081 with other Air Force logistics tools.
• Design and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users.
• Create and maintain detailed system documentation, including processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
• Work closely with Air Force agencies and other stakeholders to align system functionalities with mission-critical needs.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and system usability.

Qualifications

Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience working with G081 systems and associated interfaces.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as PL/SQL Developer, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Cloud One, AWS, Azure, and DISA environments.
• Deep understanding of G081 Maintenance Management System functionality.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a DevOps environment.
• Familiarity with Air Force logistics processes and related systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field.
