Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance and Bombers (MS&B) is looking for a Systems Engineering Support Analyst to join their team in Oklahoma City, OK.
The Systems Engineering Support Analyst assists in the integration of technical, cost, value, risks, and specialty engineering considerations into definition of the product. This position interfaces with other members of the project or program teams, management, sales and marketing staff, customers, and suppliers to meet group, organization, and company objectives. They will guide and facilitate the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies, and processes to achieve business goals related to work authorization, sourcing strategy, cost imperatives, and impact analyses. This role coordinates with business partners to validate analyses, define scope, and develop business cases aligned with long-range objectives in addition to supporting executive level leadership in running the business.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Mid-Level or Senior Level analysts.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Researches, analyzes, and compiles technical data for company products and system-level concepts in the projected operational environments to optimize effectiveness over the program lifecycle.
  • Applies systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools to the design of system of systems, systems and new product development.
  • Derives and develops architectures, functional requirements, refinements, and product designs.
  • Assists in the integration of technical, cost, value, risks, and specialty engineering considerations into definition of the product.
  • Interfaces with other members of the project or program teams, management, sales and marketing staff, customers and suppliers to meet group, organization and company objectives.
  • Performs technical planning and control; maintains and improves processes and software tools.
  • Trains and instructs others.
  • Works under general direction.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience working with Department of Defense and international equivalents.
  • Experience functioning in a cross-functional environment.
  • Proven experience in business operations, program management, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to coordinate complex projects and engage multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Level 3: 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Level 4: 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years' experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, as well as interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management.
  • 5+ years' experience working on teams and projects that involve cross-functional and/or cross-business domains with executive interface.
  • 5+ years' experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
  • 5+ years' experience facilitating the meetings and presenting to senior leaders.
  • 5+ years' experience creating executive level briefings.
  • 5+ years of experience coordinating the operational aspects of ongoing projects, and serving as liaison between project and team, finance, planning, scheduling, and management.
  • 5+ years of experience with RIO (Risks, Issues and Opportunities) processes and tools.
  • 3+ year of experience developing executive level presentations.
  • 5+ years of experience with developing and executing operating rhythms, integrated program schedules, project plans, and/or metrics.
  • Experience in Adaptive Planning.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Mid-Level level (Level 3): $92,650 - $125,350
Summary pay range for Senior level (Level 4): $113,900 - $154,100
