The Systems Engineer will be responsible for installing, configuring, administering, and maintaining all organizational systems and related server environments.  Provides L3 support for systems.  Liaises with Technical Support Leads and Specialists when necessary to resolve system issues and requests.  Supports all systems projects. Assist the Sr. systems engineer in managing all systems and infrastructure projects and meet all system SLAs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage the companies RMM, MDM & SSO solutions.
  • Assist with network-related issues during and after working hours.
  • Assist with managing the company’s IaaS (Amazon Web Services & Azure).
  • Assist with managing the company’s encryption & backup services.
  • Assist the helpdesk & support team with system-related tickets/requests.
  • Assist with updating and migrating domain & DNS records.
  • Assist with server patching and vulnerability mitigation.
  • Maintain email Security & compliance.
  • Ensure all equipment are under the Anti-Virus Management
  • Documenting infrastructure changes and creating SOPs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Ability to check existing systems and suggest improvements.
  • Ability to develop & deploy new systems to increase company efficiency.
  • Ability to receive and relay information to and from stakeholders.
  • Ability to advise on suitable hardware and software to meet company needs.
  • Ability to acquire, install, test, and maintain project components and operating systems.
  • Ability to review the security requirements of company data.
  • Strong understanding of DHCP, DNS, and VLANs.
  • Ability to customize systems from external vendors.
  • Ability to review control documents.
  • Ability to manage and monitor LAN or WAN network services.
  • Higher level troubleshooting with PowerShell/Terminal.
  • Strong understanding of L1, L2 & L3 networking setup.
  • Flexible On-Call/Site Schedule (Weekends & After hours)

Compensation Range:
$60,000 – $70,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for this position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
