Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and retain a DHS Suitability and/or CBP Background Investigation
- Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience with a background in acquisition management and systems engineering
- Possess understanding of the DHS or DoD SELC and DHS Management Directive 102-01, DoD 5000, and Federal Acquisition Institute guidelines and acquisition support for complex system acquisitions
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree with Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) and 2+ years of experience managing a systems engineering team for a large Level I or II DHS Program
- Active DHS Suitability, CBP Background Investigation and/or Top Secret Clearance
- Digital Engineering (DE) and Modeling and Simulation (M&S) experience in acquisitions
