Systems Engineer
Mandatory Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, or related fields);
- Experience with Embedded Software Development and/or Microprocessor or Microcontroller-based Hardware and/or System Integration and Verification Testing;
- Advanced or fluent English (will work with multinational teams and have daily interactions);
- Residency in Campinas or surrounding areas with availability for hybrid work.
- Experience in Systems Engineering;
- Proficiency in programming languages: C, C++, Python, Matlab;
- Knowledge of V-Model / ASPICE;
- Familiarity with DFMEA methodology and agile methodologies (SCRUM or Auto SCRUM).
- Support the EPM (Engineering Project Management) area in new project initiatives, including initial client meetings, requirements gathering, project sizing, technology selection, and system architecture definition, considering the interaction and integration between components and modules;
- Collaborate during the project development phase, ensuring integration between components;
- Develop the system verification test plan and define tests for standards and regulatory compliance;
- Conduct system integration and certification testing;
- Contribute to defining departmental processes, actively participating in discussions about methods, tools, and conducting critical reviews of completed projects.
