Description
PingWind is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Engineer to join our team. As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our organization’s complex infrastructure.
Responsibilities
· Design and implement scalable and reliable systems infrastructure.
· Lead the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and storage systems.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements and provide solutions.
· Conduct system performance evaluations and optimize systems for maximum efficiency.
· Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
· Ensure the security and integrity of systems and data through the implementation of best practices and security protocols.
· Mentor and guide junior members of the engineering team.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions.
· Training new system engineers
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
· Experience with systems development life cycle and engineering principles
· Ability to design, integrate, and manage complex system solutions.
· Proven experience as a Systems Engineer with a focus on infrastructure design and implementation.
· In-depth knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, and hardware.
· Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash).
· Experience with virtualization and containerization technologies.
· Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator) are a plus.
