SAIC is seeking an Systems Engineer Integrator in Chantilly, VA to support SAIC’s large SETA program, supporting the NRO’s Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED), Advanced Ground Office.

The candidate will work with stakeholders to close requirements, participate in integration and test efforts, and contribute to migration planning. This role requires on-site support and is ideal for professionals with several years of relevant experience who thrive in mission-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities to include:

  • Support integration planning, design, and execution across enterprise cloud and tactical edge environments.
  • Assist in translating integration requirements into interface control documents and API specifications.
  • Act as a technical liaison between stakeholders, vendors, and development teams to capture and communicate integration requirements.
  • Evaluate platform integration capabilities and interoperability across security domains.
  • Participate in product demonstrations, design reviews, and agile development cycles.
  • Collaborate with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to identify and resolve integration risks and technical gaps.
  • Contribute to the creation and management of integration schedules and migration plans.
  • Work closely with senior engineers and the Architecture Lead to implement technical solutions.
  • Support operational outcomes and organizational objectives.
Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience. Relevant experience to be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI with Poly.
  • 5+ years of experience in systems integration, IT architecture, or SIGINT solution design.
  • Experience supporting intelligence community (IC) or DoD programs.
  • Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and integration methodologies.
  • Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to operate in project-based, customer-facing environments.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline, with 5 or more years of experience; alternatively, a master’s degree with 3 or more years, a PhD with 0 years, or equivalent relevant experience in lieu of degree.
