 Job Duties:

  • Monitor, prioritize, and resolve system support tickets for property management software, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Provide system support across the organization, addressing daily software issues and ensuring operational continuity.
  • Assess and diagnose system issues to identify root causes within various software applications.
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend software solutions to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related problems in a timely manner to minimize disruption to property and corporate operations.
  • Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for company software systems.
  • Manage employee access and permissions for company software platforms to ensure appropriate system security and usability.
  • Investigate and resolve system-related financial variances to maintain data accuracy and reporting integrity.
  • Support new property acquisitions by assisting with system implementation and software setup.
  • Assist with the rollout and adoption of new software initiatives across the organization.
  • Support evolving operational needs by adapting responsibilities as the company grows and systems expand.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years property management experience
  • Availability to work during designated shift every day of the year, including weekdays, but excluding vacation and sick hours
  • Excellent computer and telephone skills
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with the Property Management System RealPage
  • Experience with the Property Management System EliseAI
