The Systems Associate provides technical and operational support for company systems to ensure efficient processes across both property and corporate operations. This role supports system functionality, troubleshoots issues, and assists users with property management platforms and operational workflows. The associate contributes to process improvements that enhance efficiency and data integrity while delivering timely, high-quality support through effective communication and problem resolution. Success in this role requires strong analytical abilities, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties:
- Monitor, prioritize, and resolve system support tickets for property management software, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
- Provide system support across the organization, addressing daily software issues and ensuring operational continuity.
- Assess and diagnose system issues to identify root causes within various software applications.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend software solutions to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related problems in a timely manner to minimize disruption to property and corporate operations.
- Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for company software systems.
- Manage employee access and permissions for company software platforms to ensure appropriate system security and usability.
- Investigate and resolve system-related financial variances to maintain data accuracy and reporting integrity.
- Support new property acquisitions by assisting with system implementation and software setup.
- Assist with the rollout and adoption of new software initiatives across the organization.
- Support evolving operational needs by adapting responsibilities as the company grows and systems expand.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years property management experience
- Availability to work during designated shift every day of the year, including weekdays, but excluding vacation and sick hours
- Excellent computer and telephone skills
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with the Property Management System RealPage
- Experience with the Property Management System EliseAI
