Description
PingWind is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Architect to join our dynamic team. Systems Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing complex IT systems that meet organizational needs and align with business goals. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership to guide the organization through the deployment of robust and scalable IT solutions.
Responsibilities
· Develop comprehensive architecture plans that integrate with existing infrastructure while anticipating future needs.
· Create detailed blueprints for IT systems, encompassing hardware, software, networking, and security components.
· Lead the deployment of IT solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
· Work closely with business leaders, project managers, and IT teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Engage with external vendors and partners to evaluate and integrate third-party solutions.
· Develop and maintain a strategic IT roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and IT team members.
· Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential issues
Requirements
· Experience in system design and integration
· Strong project management skills and technical leadership
· Broad knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and systems engineering
· Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement.
· Implement best practices for system optimization, including performance tuning and capacity planning.
· Ensure that IT solutions comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
· Implement robust security measures to protect data and systems from threats.
· Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address vulnerabilities.
