Torch Technologies is seeking a Systems and Network Administrator to join a team of IT Professionals whose work encompasses the activities associated with information management, Information Technology (IT), automation support, system administration, computer programming, configuration management, imaging, training, telecommunications, help desk, operations, customer support, administrative support, technical engineering, and other specialized networking and data communications services. This position supports the Air Force Research Laboratory Munitions Directorate (AFRL/RW) Research and Development (R&D) mission.

Required Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree).

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in network administration or a similar role.

• Active IAT level II or higher certification (or equivalent DoW 8570/8140 Baseline Certification).

• Hands-on experience supporting network enclaves and both standalone and networked systems.

• Experience with basic networking and firewalls.

• Strong IT troubleshooting experience.

• Understanding PowerShell, Command Line, and Bash scripting.

• Experience with Virtual Machines (VMs) and system imaging.

• Ability to test software for vulnerabilities and manage software inventories.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Familiarity with SCAP (Security Content Automation Protocol).

• Experience implementing DISA STIGs and/or CIS Benchmarks.

• Demonstrated experience with the Risk Management Framework (RMF), including preparing and managing documentation for certification and accreditation (C&A)

• Secret clearance (required to start) and ability to maintain a DoW Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience supporting DoW network environments.

• Previous experience with LINUX
