Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities
Activities involved within this position will include: 

• Partners with business teams to define and document business requirements for new Power Platform solutions
• Supports secure, scalable Power Platform solutions by assisting with application development, workflow automation, and reporting while following governance and security standards.
• Provides technical support for existing applications, reports, dashboards, and other tools.
• Collaborate with team members to identify new technologies and help develop the corporate Power Platform strategy 
• Enable the strategic expansion of analytic reporting to new/existing clients by building solutions and clearly communicating the capabilities/value of the platform.
• Support existing analytics reporting and implement change requirements within a structured change control process as well as troubleshooting issues that arise.
• Translates data results into written reports, tables, graphs, and charts to convey information to management.
• Establish a high level of stakeholder interaction to identify and recommend solutions that effectively and efficiently satisfy the data processing and information requirements of the business. 
• Work closely with customers to develop and maintain a roadmap for future analytics projects. 
• Lead the discovery, planning, and implementation of process improvements in individual tasks and in the work team.
• Follow the governance model that meets all guidelines detailed in the audit/compliance tool (with a specific focus on business partnerships, change control, disaster recovery, and security) for assigned area(s) of responsibility.
• Operate within an offshore model that provides development and/or support solutions in the assigned area(s) of responsibility.
• Pursue continuous learning consistent with the movement in job requirements, changes in technology, and changes in the organization.
• Create written communication materials that effectively summarize findings and support recommendations
      
   

Preferred Skill Requirements

Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of SQL language
• Familiarity with Scrum or other agile project management frameworks.
• Knowledge of governance and change management procedures in an IT environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively is a key success factor.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) 
• Comfortable analyzing complex problems, working on ambiguous projects, making decisions and presenting results of analysis

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field from an accredited institution. 
• Internship, coursework, or hands‑on projects using Power Platform.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S> person as a U.S> citizen, U.S> Permanent Resident (i.e. ‘Green Card Holder), Political Asylee, or Refuge
   

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Automate) a plus

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Outlook)
