The Role:

The Systems Administrator will be responsible for the continued efficient operation of the suite of PSA tools that support Services Operations. Core systems include Forecast, Smartsheet & Jira, and responsibilities will include all aspects of system administration configuration, management and training.

Additionally, the Systems Administrator will support the creation and automation of standard operational reports, working closely with the Operation Analysts to ensure that these are delivered efficiently and with high quality, accurate information.

 
Responsibilities:

• Administer, monitor and enhance key systems (Forecast, Smartsheet & Jira) ensuring optimal performance.

• Conduct regular system audits and implement refinements and enhancements aligned with evolving Services needs.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes and troubleshooting guides.

• Support the setup of commercial projects within Forecast/Smartsheet in alignment with contracted scope, budget and any other contractual requirements.

• Standardise and automate routine reporting processes, minimising ad-hoc and bespoke requests for data and information.

• Implement measures to ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across all reporting solutions.

• Proactively address quality issues to maintain the reliability of reporting outputs.

• Provide ongoing support for existing reports and dashboards, promptly addressing user queries and troubleshooting issues.

• Ensure key operational functions (such as billing & revenue) are equipped with the data & reports that they require to complete any integrated processes.
