The Systems Administrator is responsible for providing support for physical and virtualized servers, network systems, telecommunications, and unique courthouse applications. This position supports and coordinates with vendors for telephones, wireless devices, internet services, and hardware lifecycle management. The role is responsible for maintaining network operations, accreditation requirements, system upgrades, troubleshooting communications infrastructure, and supporting mission-critical court systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for Physical and virtualized servers, and network systems.  Supports and coordinates with vendors to support telephones, and wireless devices.
  • Systems Administration – Conduct Operations and Maintenance work on a Network encompassing approximately 12 Windows and Linux based servers, with virtualization using VMWare ESX, Microsoft Exchange Server and systems backup and restoral management.  Provide recommendations, management and perform system upgrades as required to the physical network architecture.
  • Vendor Support – Provide interface with multiple vendors for systems including cellular telephone support, internet service provider, etc.
  • Network Accreditation – Provide support for maintaining the network accreditation, including scan remediation, patching, inventory support, and documentation.
  • Hardware Support – Coordinate activities with vendor support to include life cycle management, equipment replacement and tracking, and Service Level Agreement on replacement of failed equipment.
  • Communications Network – Coordinate troubleshooting activities of the network between the Court and the Joint Service Provider, including troubleshooting or assisting of troubleshooting of the Virtual Private Network connection.
  • Unique Courthouse systems – Will be required to develop and understand the Courthouse recording system, Court Track (C-Track) system.
  • Experience providing hands-on systems administration support throughout a successful Authorization to Operate (ATO) renewal process.
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:

Active Secret clearance or US Citizen with the ability to obtain!

Minimum level of Education/Experience:

  • At least three years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in lieu of a college degree 

Skills Required: 

  • Must be IAT-I certified (A+, Network+, CCNA, SSCP)
  • Good analytical and reporting skills
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good documentation and process skills.
  • Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Technical Skills Required: 

  • Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
  • Windows Systems Administration (Windows Server 2016/2022/2025)
  • Intranet/Internet Management and Support
  • Server Migrations and Provisioning

  • Some cyber background  (vulnerability scan, updating ATO documentation, understands RMF)

Salary Range: $90,000 to $120,000

The compensation range listed for this position represents the good faith salary range Diné Development Corporation (DDC) and its subsidiaries reasonably expect to pay for the role, in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the position's responsibilities, the candidate's education, experience, skills, internal equity, market considerations, and any applicable collective bargaining agreements or legal requirements.

Skills Required
