As a Systems Administrator II, you will support the following areas:

Account creation, termination, management of user access, and support for Google, Microsoft, and other enterprise & education environments & systems.

Support of a mixture of Microsoft, Google, and other third-party solutions including but not limited to Intune, Autopilot, MFA, DLP, Defender, ATP, Chromebook console.

Support large environments with a focus on automation and software patching while assessing the stability, security and scalability of our Windows and Google platforms.

Meet tight deadlines and commitments, establish and measure SLAs to meet business needs.

Create and maintain required documentation.

Support required logging, alerting, monitoring tools to ensure there is insight to platform uptime and performance.

Work across various third-party solution providers, understand business needs and measure success.

Ability to multitask on several initiatives simultaneously to meet business needs.

Ensure concise and clear written and verbal communication.
-
Adhere to establish standards.
-
Deliver outstanding human centric customer service through all support and operational efforts.

Perform other duties as assigned
- This is a hybrid role in the Columbus or Cleveland area
About You:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Highly organized, able to multi-task, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize.

Patient and active listener.

Ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks (FBI/BCI).

Ability to think independently and contribute to the overall effort without much direction.
